The rooftop bar at The Langham Gold Coast required a distinct brand identity that set it apart from the refined offerings within the building. It needed to exude a sense of excitement and vibrancy—a venue with a dash of spice and pep! A touch of drama and zest! A place where patrons could savour exotic cocktails while gazing across the vast expanse of the Pacific Ocean.

↳ Design Solution

The Coral Moon rooftop bar had an underlying tropical-Asian influence, with a menu of spicy bites and cocktails packing punch and zing. All this culinary energy sat within a setting of open air fire pits, tropical plantings, various Asian textiles and an open roof of stars. We had to wrap all this in an identity that had just as much visceral energy and pep as all this. The best way to do that? Create a truly manic and unapologetic illustration with all the colours and shapes of the ocean and beyond.
