With time on the market and the completion of the building, Cascade Gardens development nestled in leafy Pymble required a rebranding effort to reintroduce it to potential buyers. Complicating matters further, an unforeseen pandemic loomed just around the corner, adding an extra layer of challenge to the endeavour.

With the remaining stock being their most premium, we redeveloped the brand to reflect a more high end image. We curated an entirely new suite of materials for the sales agents, refreshed the website, and created a captivating promotional film. Central to our approach was highlighting the development's greatest asset: the lush forest right on its doorstep. In this built environment, nature reigned supreme, and we made sure to showcase its beauty and allure in every aspect of the rebranding efforts, which proved successful with the development selling out in 2023.
