Hanasuki is part of Azabu Group’s TABERO collection - a selection of approachable contemporary Japanese venues. It’s the first restaurant in Sydney exclusively dedicated to Japanese shabu shabu.

↳ Design Solution

Taking inspiration from Japanese artists such as Takashi Murakami and Yayoi Kusama, we established a brand with all the vibrance and colour of the shabu shabu pot itself.
